Damos Aviation Services, Inc. (DAS) is a “one-stop shop” for all of your pilot hiring needs. In addition to our consulting services on all aspects of pilot screening and selection, we offer the following products.

The Tabular Speed Test© assesses perceptual speed, an ability that is known to contribute to success as a pilot. This test is appropriate for both ab initio (student) and experienced pilots. For experienced pilots applying for regional airline positions, this test has been found to correlate significantly with scores on the final exams given at the end of ground school and with pass/fail in training.

Damos Aviation Services has a library of over 2000 documents dealing with pilot selection and hiring plus access to other private collections that are not available to the general public.

Non-U.S. users need to contact us before completing the qualification form. Damos Aviation Services currently offers only the Tabular Speed Test for purchase to qualified users. Other tests are under development or in beta testing. Tests are available only to qualified users. Prospective purchasers must complete the Qualifications Form before any test materials can be shipped.
