Damos Aviation Services, Inc.  was founded in 1995 and is a small, woman-owned business specializing in pilot screening and hiring.  We are a full-service shop that can meet all of your pilot screening and hiring needs.  All of our consultation and training services are available online or in person.

Our goal is to provide our clients with cost-effective pilot hiring systems that reduce hiring and training costs and are legally defensible.  Because we are a small business, we can maintain strict control over all of our projects.  We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and dedication to our clients.

The main office is located close to O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Executive Airport. We are about an hour from Waukegan Regional Airport and 90 minutes from General Mitchell International Airport.
