Flight Attendant Standard of Care

Flight attendants and passenger service representatives are required to exercise a standard of care during the boarding and deplaning of passengers. Passengers and employees may trip or fall during boarding or deplaning the aircraft, resulting in injury to themselves and to others. Damos Aviation Services, Inc. uses scientifically developed job and task analyses to determine if the flight attendants’ work activities were conducted according to prescribed performance standards. Our team members, who have many years of relevant experience, then evaluate the flight attendants’ actions in terms of the relevant standards.
